As well as offering packages to enable you to more easily budget and commit to your web presence, I am also more than open to working to your own particular individual plans and needs. To cater for this, I offer free quotations which you can apply for either by e-mailing or telephoning your project requirements directly to us.

With those individual needs in mind we have listed below the key elements involved in a web site build process, together with fixed costs where these are easily quantifiable or outsourced.

• Search engine optimisation on all pages including advanced coding to enhance your search engine positions

Fixed Cost Items;

• Domain Name & Hosting £74 (Domain names are renewable every 2 years.)
• Standard Business Hosting Account p.a. £100
• E-mail Accounts Set up on the server – £5 per account

Maintenance Contracts

In addition to offering site maintenance work at the standard rate, we are also able to offer annual contracts. This caters for the needs of organisations where rapid response updates and changes are required on a regular basis, achievable by nothing more than a quick e-mail.

These are available at the standard rate charged by the minute, or you can pre-purchase a minimum of 10 hrs at a discounted rate of £30 per hour.

Payment Terms

Once you have agreed your project we will send you a printable invoice for the deposit via email or post.

Once your web site is completed, your site will go live on receipt of the outstanding balance.

Please note that additional requests for extra work should be made via e-mail or in writing, upon receipt of which we will quote for the work and await confirmation that you are happy with the cost before proceeding.
